By accessing or using the COIL 2027 website ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

COIL 2027 is an open-source protocol language for agent orchestration. The Service is provided for informational and experimental purposes only. It includes this website, documentation, and the waitlist form.

3. No Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Waitlist and Data Collection
By submitting the waitlist form, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy (/privacy-policy.txt). Form submissions are processed by Tally.so (Tally B.V., Belgium) — see https://tally.so/help/privacy-policy for their terms.

7. Intellectual Property
COIL is released under its respective open-source license. All trademarks, logos, and brand names are the property of their respective owners.

8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless COIL 2027 and its contributors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights granted to you under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or other mandatory EU consumer protection laws.
